The bank was originally registered as a co-operative society on 06.08.1998 and after obtaining License from the Reserve Bank of India vide RBI License bearing No.AP1612P, dated 28.07.1998 commenced banking Business from 23-09-1998. The Head office is situated at 1st Floor, Tirumala Pride, Main Road, Malakpet, Hyderabad-500036.
